We respect your personal information and take measures to protect your personal information from abuse.  We do not sell your personal information.  Your personal information is passed to us and our associate (Timetrade.com,) and handled in the following ways:

• When you register to make appointments online.
  • All registered information (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, name or referrer, user preferences, username, and password) is passed to and stored on a secure server (SSL) with Timetrade.com.  All information is for the use of Watson Chiropractic, P.C. and is login name, username and password protected.
  • Your name and e-mail address are used in the following ways:
    •  To e-mail you, your username and password, appointment confirmation, and 48 hour advance appointment reminder.
    • To e-mail you, our monthly newsletter.  If you don not want to continue to receive our monthly newsletter you may reply to us from the newsletter you receive and type remove in the subject line.  We attach bulk newsletter e-mail addresses as a blind carbon copy (BCC) to protect e-mail addresses from being viewed by others.

   

• When you send us an e-mail on our contact page.
  • Your name and e-mail are used to reply to your e-mail to us.  Your e-mail will not be used for any other reason.  We will not sell or distribute your name or e-mail address.

   

• When you purchase products.
  • All registered information (name, address, telephone number, email address, billing information, credit card information, and product/s ordered) is passed through to Davinci labs secure server.  For their privacy policy please see their privacy policy.

   

• When you log onto our website.

  • Non personably-identifiable information (pages viewed, internet service provider used, and type of browser used) is gathered and compiled collectively for our web statistics.

   

• When you sign up to receive our monthly newsletter or monthly product special/s.
  • Your name and e-mail address are received by Watson Chiropractic, P.C. and are used for only the e-mail you requested.  If you choose to unsubscribe from future e-mail's, reply to the last e-mail you received and type remove in the subject line.  You may also contact us in any way and ask us to remove you from our e-mail list/s and we will do so as soon as possible.
